Quit-claim deed dated September 3, 1866 from Nathaniel G. Marshall of York in consideration of one hundred and seventy dollars and two cents to Samuel P. Young for parcels of land situated in South Berwick beginning on the road leading from Greenleaf Goodwin's to Emery's Bridge. Neighboring land owners include Henry Simpson, Jeremiah Goodwin. Both parcels of land were set off to Marshall on an execution in his favor against Jeremiah Goodwin and Augustus Goodwin, recovered at the time of the Supreme Judicial Court May 1866. Witnessed by George A. Marshall, and witnessed and signed by Justice of the Peace Joseph Bragdon Jr. |
