A deed conveying land to Elijah Blaisdell 3rd from Theodore Bragdon, acting as the administrator for estate of his father, Joseph Bragdon. The land was sold for the sum $41.87. Blaisdell was the highest bider at a public vendue. The tract is woodland and pasture land lying in Kittery and bounded on the York line on the northeast side and on lands of Elijah Blaisdell, on the northwest by a lot of woodland set off for the widow Theodoria Bragdon as dower in the estate. On the southwest side by lands of Samuel Moulton and on the southeast side by lands of Elijah Blaisdell. The land consisted of four acres. This land is a woodlot on the Kittery/York line, in the vicinity of present day Southside Rd. Entered into York County Records in Book 113, pp. (illegible) |
