Warranty deed conveying land from George Bean to Joseph Bragdon Jr. and Elijah Blaisdell for the sum of $2,750.00. The land consists of a farm with buildings, known as the "Smith Farm." It is on the south side of the York River and is bounded on the North east by the river, on the south east by lands of Joseph Bragdon Jr. and land occupied by George W. Patch, on the south west by Kittery line and on the north west by lands of Theodore and Elijah Blaisdell. The land consists of 100 acres and is the same conveyed to Bean from Joseph P. Junkins in 1859. |
