The scene was part of York, Maine's 250th Celebration, August 5, 1902. The driver is Everett Hooper, John Norward on steps of coach, Capt. John Dennet is standing by the coach and James Brewster sits on top of the coach holding a baritone horn. The stagecoach later was purchased by Henry Ford and is in the collection of The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan. |
